This page explains what Indian Angels does with personal information: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the data controller for this website.

Browsing the site
You can look at every page without telling us who you are. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run analytics, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers. Our fonts are served from this website, so no other company sees your visit.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record the address of the device making each request, the page asked for and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and they are deleted on the host’s normal cycle.
Three things are stored in your own browser, not on our server, and never sent to us:
- Your age confirmation, so the adults-only notice does not appear on every page.
- Your saved escorts, the hearts you tap.
- Recently viewed profiles, so you can find your way back to them.
Clearing your browser data removes all three. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Making a booking
Bookings are made by telephone or WhatsApp. There is no booking form on this site, and we do not take card details, deposits or payments online.
When you call or message us, we see your telephone number and whatever you choose to tell us: the lady you have in mind, the date and time, and the address or hotel for an outcall. We use this only to arrange and confirm that booking, and to reach you if something changes.
We keep your number while the booking is being arranged and for a short time afterwards. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not keep a record of who you asked about. WhatsApp messages are stored in WhatsApp by Meta under their own terms; if you would rather not use it, call us instead.
Writing a review
If you leave a review, we ask for a first name or nickname, which is published, and a telephone number, which is not. The number lets us check the review came from a real booking, and it is never shown on the site, passed to the escort or used to contact you for anything else. We also store the month of your visit, the length of the booking, your rating and what you wrote.
Reviews are read by a person before they appear. Published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove yours. Our website software also records the address of the device used to submit a review, as part of its spam protection.
Applying to join the agency
If you apply through our Join us page, we collect what the form asks for: your working name, age, nationality, languages, the areas you cover, whether you take incall or outcall bookings, your rates, your availability, whether you work duos, your telephone number and email address, anything else you add, and the photographs you upload.
We use this to decide whether to invite you for a meeting, and nothing else. It is sent to our own email address, with a copy held in the website’s private admin area so that an application is never lost if email fails. That copy, including the photographs, is deleted automatically after 30 days. The address of the device used to send the application is briefly recorded to stop automated submissions.
If you join the agency, the details on your public profile are the ones you agree with us. Your telephone number and email address are never published.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing. It is seen only by:
- the people who run this agency;
- the escort you are booking, who is told the time, the place and your first name;
- our web host and email provider, who store the site and carry our messages;
- anyone we must tell by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. Write to admin@indianangels.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
Our legal basis is simple: we use your information either because you asked us to arrange something, or because we have a legitimate interest in running the agency safely and keeping the site working. We rely on your consent for anything you choose to publish, such as a review, and you can withdraw it at any time.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Keeping things private
Discretion matters to our clients and to the escorts we work with. We keep as little as possible, for as short a time as possible. If you would rather we kept nothing at all after your booking, say so when you call and we will delete your number once the evening is over.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date below.
